Mascot corporal gives Reveille holiday home
For many Aggies, the winter break is a time to travel home, take a break from school and visit with family. For the Texas A&M mascot, this is no exception. Over the winter break, the first lady of A&M accompanied mascot corporal Andrew Davis to his home in Longview. "She goes home with me over summer, Christmas break, spring break," said Davis, a sophomore international studies major. "Basically she goes everywhere I go for a year, and I go everywhere she goes." Davis said Reveille, who rode home with him in the back of his mother's Suburban, is "a really good traveler." During the summer, the first lady had to travel about 10,000 miles and is used to long trips. Davis said Reveille adjusted well to his home and family and loved playing with his black lab, Magic.
